These Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern the sale of original artworks, limited edition prints, and derivative extracts (“Products”) offered through our online shop hosted on Shopify (“Shop”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

• Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind item. Once sold, it cannot be reproduced or restocked.
• Limited edition prints and extracts are produced in restricted numbers. Editions will be clearly numbered and signed where applicable.

Product descriptions, images, sizes, and colours are provided as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen display settings, printing methods, and framing materials.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept payment methods supported by Shopify’s checkout system.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• Your order is confirmed once you receive an email acknowledgment from us.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch if:
• The Product is unavailable,
• An error in pricing or description has occurred, or
• Payment cannot be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery is available to mainland United Kingdom and delivery costs are included within the online pricing.
• For destinations beyond mainland United Kingdom, please get in touch for a delivery cost and timing estimate.
• We aim to dispatch within 3 days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Product is delivered. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Right to Cancel (Consumers
in the UK)

• You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, except where exclusions apply (see below).
• To cancel, you must notify us by email within this period and return the Product within 14 days of cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product only if the Product is in the same condition it was when shipped, using the original payment method.

6.2. Exclusions

• The right to cancel does not apply to:
• Custom-made, personalised, or commissioned artworks.
• Original artworks once unsealed/unframed, if applicable, for protection reasons.
• Limited edition prints or extracts that have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

6.3. Return Conditions

• Returned Products must be in their original condition and securely packaged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns.

6.4. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your Product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• We will arrange a replacement (if available); or, if you choose, correct the fault (if possible); or provide a full refund once the Product is returned to us.
• After contacting us and providing photographic evidence of a Product’s damage or fault, when the Product is returned to us we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs; the method and cost of return of a damaged or faulty item will be agreed between us prior to return shipping.
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All artworks, prints, and extracts are protected by copyright law.
• Purchasing
  a Product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork without the artist’s prior written consent
  

8. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Shop or purchase of Products.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
  

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
