Original décollage artwork, derived from various mid-century movie posters and papers from other sources.

Romance, passion, obsession, infidelity and jealousy all live in this space. Seemingly incompatible emotions melt into a calm, muted colour pallet where they visually coexist. The disintegration of the lettering that envelops the characters illustrates their conflictions.

Applied to acid-free art board and presented in a black-lacquered, partially distressed vintage frame that contains the imagery confidently.
